Social bookmarking is one of the important internet marketing techniques and a fundamental promotional instrument to gear up your online business. But I think that social bookmarking is a process you just cannot skip if you need your business to really start moving, also using a nice automated bookmarking software is unquestionably the most powerful and cost effective way to do it.

The idea of Twitter is quite simple: bring the notion of mobile SMS to the internet. The cell phone market was discovering a steep decline in voice communication and a huge increase in text messaging and instant messaging. That's why people today are immediately taking advantage of Twitter by promoting their products or to promote their businesses. You can even use Twitter to advertise your web page or website in order for you to acquire targeted traffic flowing into your website and start earning some money.

I think probably two separate websites. You could have something on the website that makes it clear this is a "name" brand.

I think this way you avoid confusing the customer and therefore hopefully they will continue to link to you because of the quality of the website and you avoid confusing Google.

One of the concepts of the Latent Semantic Indexing algorithm is that search engines read all the content on the website to establish what that website is about and it's level of relevancy. If you have disparate content then theoretically this could harm your rankings within this algorithm.

Hi,

May I have some guidance? The customer has two very disparate businesses in two entirely different categories of business (say, mining and internet marketing for example's sake). He has a one corporate brand name with registered domain. logo etc. We are building the first (for the first business) of his two websites. What shall we do?
1. Should I develop two sites like http://mining.name.com AND http://marketing.name.com? Good structuring but hard to pronounce or tell people offline - it's a corporate/offline type business.
2. Have two sites: www.namemining.com and www.namemarketing.com. Good for SEO as it has generic industry in its domain and can still use the brand. But long name.
3. One site www.name.com with both products described: I feel we should not confuse visitors by talking about unrelated products.
4. Other suggestion?

We have not actually got a chance to release Bootstrap Open Source yet - we are very keen to, but have not had the resources to do this.

If you are keen to help email me directly and we will try and sort something out.

In the meantime try this demo: http://xebidy.com/demo - it looks like this needs attention, but it will give you an idea. Also see this post about the demo
